What is it? Laminated safety glass is made up of two or more sheets of glass bonded together with a plastic interlayer. After the plastic has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This results in the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. Advantages: Safety: When laminated glass is attacked by outside force, it hard to be penetrated because PVB film has strong tenacity and can absorb and weaken a mass of striking energy. Even if it's broken, the splinters will stick to the interlayer and not scatter. Sound Insulation: PVB film can effectively prevent sound wave. Anti-UV: Laminated glass can effectively present UV. Application: Sloped/Overhead Glazing Museums, Prisons, Government Buildings Jewelry Stores, Banks, Airports Safety Glazing Applications Schools, Hospitals, Hotels Interior Partitions, Office Buildings, flooring Production Range: Max Size: 2400*6000mm Single glass thick: 2-19mm PVB: 0.38mm and multiple of 0.38 mm (Trosifol/DuPont) Quality: CE, BS6206, AS/NZS2208, CCC, ISO |
